You'll be expected to offer competitive rates while meeting revenue and margin objectives, generate a high load count, and demonstrate a strong commitment to your own success.
You'll serve as a reliable resource for customers, providing information on service offerings, market trends, and industry standards. With a strong emphasis on customer service and proactive communication, you'll build meaningful relationships with customers to acquire, maintain, and grow their book of business.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least one year of industry experience. You'll need to possess excellent negotiation skills, be able to research and source shippers to create long-term partnerships, and understand the needs of our customers.
