What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flowback Contractor position at Linq?
Job Overview
Linq is looking to partner with a Flowback Contractor to assist our oil field clients with their day to day field operations on an as-needed basis. Contract is subject to candidate being able to pass a skills test, drug test, and background check.
Duties
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Support cross shift
- The ability to lead shift without supervision
- Supervise up to 6 crew members
- Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
- Rigging in and rigging out
- Consistently perform proper equipment maintenance
- Operate pressure tank equipment jobs
- Operate wells up to 10,000psi (shut in pressure)
- Operate sour wells
- Operate multi equipment jobs
- Operate multi services jobs
- Demonstrate knowledge of onsite fluids and management / tracking
- Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
- Create a proactive safety and service quality environment
- Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment trainings are up to date
- Responsible for personal safety
Experience Needed
- Extensive knowledge of testing principles
- Extensive knowledge of separation process
- Strong technical and mechanical abilities
Requirements
- Minimum two years demonstrated knowledge in Flowback, Flow-test and Production operations
- Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Valid and current Safeland/PEC, H2S clear, One Basin One Way, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to self-fund certificate)
- Ability to follow directions and routines
- Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software
- Contractor Vehicle (3/4 ton or greater crew cab, under 10 yrs of age)
- Fuel Tank (Slip Tank)
- Associated tools (list provided upon request)
