- Establish and track baseline metrics for user count, power users, and revenue
- Own and optimize our referral program end-to-end
- Develop comprehensive reporting and KPIs to measure program success
- Analyze user behavior and engagement patterns to identify optimization opportunities
- Create and improve referral incentive structures
- Ensure data integrity and program compliance
- Build scalable processes for program growth
