About You
You are an experienced content leader who thrives on creating impactful multiplatform
storytelling. You have a proven ability to craft and execute strategies that drive engagement
growth and customer loyalty across various content channels.
You have strong project management skills a creative vision and the technical expertise to
oversee content production across platforms like Instagram Facebook Facebook Groups
LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube. Whether youre building a social media strategy producing a
podcast or creating thoughtleadership content you excel at managing multiple priorities and
delivering highquality results.

social media to longform storytelling.
About The Role
The Content Manager will own all content creation and distribution across our key
channels including Instagram Facebook Facebook Groups LinkedIn YouTube and
TikTok. Youll also oversee the Glow & Grow Podcast develop a highperforming newsletter
strategy and amplify the CEOs personal brand. Along with working on a new Direct to
Consumer brand we are currently launching!!!
This role requires a strategic mindset strong collaboration skills and handson experience
managing multiplatform campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a multichannel content strategy to drive engagement growth
and brand awareness for RepeatMD (B2B) and our upcoming D2C launch.
Own content creation and management across Instagram Facebook Facebook Groups
LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube.
Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across all
platforms.
Build a community of like minded followers both in B2B and D2C
Social Media Ownership
Plan create and post highquality content tailored to each platform including Reels
Stories videos and carousel posts.
Monitor trends and platform updates to ensure RepeatMD stays relevant and engaging.
Engage with followers respond to comments and foster community growth across all
social channels.
Podcast & Newsletter Management
Oversee the endtoend production of the Glow & Grow Podcast from planning
episodes to managing guest appearances.
Create a robust newsletter strategy to inform and engage clients while driving platform
usage.
Personal Brand Management
Manage and grow the CEOs personal brand presence on LinkedIn Medium and other
platforms.
Write and optimize thoughtleadership pieces and multimedia content to position the
CEO as an industry expert.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines maintaining a consistent
tone voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Collaborate with the Brand Director to ensure alignment on creative direction brand
messaging and visual consistency across campaigns.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Partner with the video editor to create cohesive multimedia campaigns for social media
and other platforms.
Partner with the Product Marketing Manager and Product team to create and execute
content strategies that effectively promote product launches updates and features to
clients and prospects.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align content efforts with overall business
goals.
Provide editorial oversight to maintain highquality standards and a consistent brand
voice.
Optimization & Analytics
Track and analyze performance metrics across all content mediums using insights to
refine strategies.
Leverage SEO and platformspecific analytics to improve reach and engagement.
Key Requirements
Experience : 4 years in content creation or marketing with proven experience
managing multiple content mediums.
Technical Skills :
Strong writing editing and storytelling skills.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social Hootsuite).
Familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
Knowledge of video content best practices for YouTube TikTok and Instagram.
Familiarity with A / B testing tools and methodologies to optimize content
strategies.
Proficiency with HubSpot for content management email marketing and
analytics.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social Hootsuite).
Ability to leverage AI and automation tools (e.g. ChatGPT Zapier) for efficient
content creation and workflows.
Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects platforms and deadlines
simultaneously.
Creativity : Demonstrated ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of working
crossfunctionally.
