Project Manager - Level III
LOCATION: Remote
LinTech Global is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Project Manager to provide support to our client with Business Solutions Development (BSD). Responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES And SKILLS
- Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes.
- Supports cross‐functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams.
- Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the execution of user acceptance testing.
- Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution.
- Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Maintains and updates all requirements documentation.
- Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders.
- Full SDLC and Data Modeling experience.
- Experience managing projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation).
- Track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery model and methodology and continuous delivery pipeline.
- Experience in CI environment a plus.
- BS/BA in CS, CIS, or equivalent technical studies with specialized PMP (Project Management Professional) courses desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of technical project management experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain an IRSCI Public Trust Security Clearance.
