Overview

The SharePoint Admin tasks consists of the creation and management of the content stored in the internal or external SharePoint sites for the Branch using past and current versions of SharePoint. Responsible for ensuring all information published on the Branch Portals are kept up-to-date, and that the information provided is relevant and organized.

Job Duties

• Creating and maintaining Branch SharePoint sites
• Uploading and maintaining informational pages on Branch SharePoint sites
• Managing Branch site permissions and configuration
• Creating SharePoint Instructional pages
• Creating SharePoint workflows, trackers, libraries, lists, forms, calendars, etc.
• Provide SharePoint Support to the division and branch
• Other Tasks as assigned

Requirements

3 years' experience as a SharePoint developer (365, 2013, 2016, SharePoint Online)

SharePoint Designer

Power Automate

Powershell

Infopath

General Microsoft 365

HTML

Javascript

Certifications : CompTIA Security ce

Clearance : NACLAC
