LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a System Administrator/ User Support - Onsite Field Office Technical Support to support our contract at the IRSCI in Washington, DC.

User Support requires continual daily hands-on IT support activities in the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA and in Headquarters (HQ) in Washington, D.C.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support generally follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for day-to-day support of classroom activities in FLETC. to include:

  • troubleshooting various client hardware, network, client image requirements, inventory of all equipment, etc.
  • Support in HQ generally follows SOPs and is required to ensure HQ Executives and the Chief of CI have ample onsite service to quickly resolve general IT issues and complete Field Office daily support such as inventory.
  • The onsite support will have tiered government level user support to assist with more complex issues and follows service level agreements.

Desired Outcome:

  • Consistent Field Office Support for specialized locations and or users in FLETC and HQ.
  • Classes will have the support needed to ensure success of classes with minimal to no user downtime or disruption and quick resolution to issues in real time.
  • HQ personnel and Executives will experience minimal to no downtime and resolutions to issues will be resolved in real time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to pass a background check in order to obtain an IRSCI Public Trust Security Clearance.
  • A or B.S with at least 3 years specialized experience in related technology.

LOCATION:

  • Remote ONSITE Washington DC IRS Headquarters (backup to Primary User support team on-site)
