Our Foot & Ankle team is integral to the success of delivering on our mission and vision. This is a remote position. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for our Foot & Ankle Business Unit. The Business Intelligence Analyst will have the opportunity to work with our sales teams, Finance Management and Executive Leadership in analyzing sales to identify trends, notable variances and other actionable findings, as well as preparing and analyzing ad hoc reporting. Key Responsibilities: Use the Microsoft Power Platform to deliver tools and reports to the Foot and Ankle team Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI. Provide analysis of sales trends and variances. Manage high quality reporting packages to executive leadership and senior managers regularly. Assist sales and marketing teams in ad hoc data analytics Support field sales territories, coverage areas, and account linkages within customer maintenance systems. Work with Sales and Finance to assist in the distributor setup process within the customer maintenance systems. Assist in creating sales quotas and updating customer maintenance systems. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. 6 months documented experience in Sales or Data analytics, through full-time work and/or internships. 10-20% travel Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, with an emphasis on Power BI. Preferred Requirements: Proficient with Access, Word, PowerPoint. Possess ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects. A team player with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels. Familiarity with SQL programming and the ability to write and optimize SQL queries. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets. Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and tools. This position is not eligible for employer based sponsorship. Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range is 62,000-97,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level.
