What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Sales Operations Analyst - Finance position at Linvatec Corporation?
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to work with our sales teams, Finance Management and Executive Leadership in analyzing sales to identify trends, notable variances and other actionable findings, as well as preparing and analyzing ad hoc reporting. This role will be responsible for all commission and bonus calculations. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide analysis on sales trends and variances. Calculate and reconcile sales commissions and bonuses including non-standard compensation plans. Manage high quality reporting packages to executive leadership and senior managers regularly. Develop complex & dynamic models to evaluate proposed plan and program changes to align with strategic goals. Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. Design and develop new processes with documentation to increase capacity and efficiency of commissions and bonus cycles. Analyze compensation data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders to communicate key findings and insights. Support field sales territories, coverage areas, and account linkages within customer maintenance systems. Work with Sales, Legal and Finance to assist in the distributor contracting process as required to execute agreements. A d hoc reporting for sales leadership/management. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance 2 years of Business Analyst experience.
