Responsibilities: Set inventory targets and safety stock levels by SKU and location Continuously monitor inventory health and track adherence to targets Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities to rebalance or optimize Collaborate closely with supply and demand planners to align on needs Set inventory policy/strategy, including E&O and stranded stock guidelines Apply best practices in inventory mgmt to drive continuous improvement Drive system updates and parameter changes to reflect inventory strategy Provide regular updates to leadership on inventory risks and performance Minimum Requirement Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 7 years in inventory management, planning, strategic sourcing, or materials management Up to 40% travel Preferred Qualifications Strategic thinking with a focus on inventory optimization Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to influence and align with cross-functional teams Effective Communication. Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences Visual Storytelling. Proficiency in creating engaging visual aids, such as slides, charts, and infographics Adaptability. Flexibility to tailor presentations to different audiences and contexts. Ownership mindset with proactive decision-making Proficient in standard supply chain systems (ERP and APS) and analytical tools (Excel, Alteryx, and ideally Python) Experience in inventory planning, supply chain ops Ability to model and interpret inventory scenarios Clear, structured communication across functions Ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
