What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor resident responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.
- Current California RN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
