What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior (BCBA) position at Linx Autism Services?
DESCRIPTION
The job requires the BCBA to conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, develop skill acquisition programming, create behavior plans (and corresponding data collection systems), collect and analyze data, collaborate with other providers, report on treatment plan objectives and attend monthly meetings at our office.

- Review and update data
- Update visual summaries
- Provide field supervision to Behavior Technician’s as required for cases
- Conduct Parent Training
- Review progress of Treatment Plans with:

- Clinical Director
- Family.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide competency based training to staff, teachers, family members, and others as necessary on the implementation of behavior programming, including current BIP and required data collection
- Monitor the provision of behavior programming
- Assist staff to maintain a family home atmosphere and motivate to lead by example.
- Ensure compliance with all state, local, and funding source standards.
- Follow all safety procedures. Use safety procedures when moving individuals during behavioral crisis.
- Report all incidents of abuse/neglect in accordance with the Disabled Abuse Act to the abuse registry and train others to recognize abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- Attend meetings and advocate for individuals to assist in the development of goals that are functional, obtainable, and chosen by the individual.
- Maintain communication and collaboration with, family members, social support systems, and service providers as appropriate.
- Attend, participate, and facilitate, as requested, Home-based services department meetings, required training, case reviews, staff meetings, and other meetings as requested. Self-monitor training records to ensure that all required certifications/validations are current. Check email account during each work day and respond to all communication promptly.
- Follow, model, and be able to train others in all Autism Therapeutic Services programs, policies and procedures.
- Available to parents, Senior Technician and staff by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
- Support staff in meeting productivity requirements
- Write performance evaluations for Behavior Technician’s
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
- BCBA Certification and LABA Certification
- 2 years of providing ABA services
- 1 year of supervising Behavior Therapists
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
