What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Support Professional (BSP) position at Linx Community Services?
A successful Behavior Support Specialist candidate, will develop and implement training programs for adults who may have a disability, or IDD diagnosis. Duties will include, developing behavior plans, training programs,and protocols that are based based on the needs of each Individual. IDT meeting attendance or participation is required. MUST possess a Bachelor's Degree, in the Human Services Field. Experience in IDD Waiver is preferred. This position may occasionally require you to respond to emergency situations. Communication is key in this role, as the BSP will assist in assessment's during intake, and maintaining consistent training and behavioral monitoring for Direct Care staff.
