- Provide personal care and assist with hygiene, housekeeping, community outings, cooking, and protective oversight to our clients.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our clients, ensuring that their homes are clean and organized.
- Maintain accurate records of our clients' care, including medication administration and any changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with the latest best practices in caregiving.
**Requirements**
- Experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care residential setting.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to improving the lives of our clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with our clients and their families.
- Familiarity with home community care and the needs of our clients in this setting.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
