What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Linx Community Services?
Linx Community Services, are now seeking a Case Manager, to help support community services for children and adults who may have a disability. The successful Case Manager candidate, must possess a Bachelor's degree in the Human Services Field, and 1 year experience with IDD Waiver is preferred. Candidate will promote a valuable social role for individuals in the community for the Princeton area. The Case Manager will maintain annual budgets, promote linkage to community resources, and attend IDT meetings. Candidate must be CPR/First Aid certified, training will be provided if certification is needed. Applicant must possess excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
