DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide preconstruction services support to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare, manage, and schedule projects to meet timelines and budget goals
- Develop accurate client estimates and proposal packages that reflect project scope
- Assist the estimating department in plan reviews for strategic project alignment
- Define and communicate project requirements and general conditions
- Administer projects efficiently while managing owner contracts and expectations
- Communicate effectively, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Oversee document control with attention to detail and organization
- Refine scope of work, assess risks, and drive project forecasting
- Manage acquisitions and procurement to optimize construction efficiency
- Identify long-lead materials and proactively address schedule impacts
- Align manpower operations to ensure teams are positioned for success
- Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities, upholding high accountability standards
- Understand material applications and their role in overall construction quality
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
- Oversee cost control, tracking financials to maintain project profitability
- Prepare and submit cost documents, resolving discrepancies as needed
- Manage and verify subcontractor change orders to prevent cost overruns
- Lead and support team members throughout project execution
- Oversee project close-out, ensuring all final deliverables are met, including :
Achieving substantial completion with efficiency

WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Construction sites inherently involve risks, including potential hazards such as limited electrical power, lack of phone service, and minimal restroom facilities. Some sites may also be located in remote areas.
All personnel, including the Project Manager and field teams, are expected to prioritize safety at all times . This includes adhering to all company safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and exercising sound judgment in identifying and mitigating risks.
