As we expand, we’re seeking passionate, talented, and creative videographers/editors to join our team as equity partners, contributing to projects that inspire, entertain, and make a lasting impact.
This is a unique opportunity to work on projects that combine media production with community-building, including an upcoming local podcast, reality TV show and marketing campaigns.
Role:
As a Videographer/Editor, you will play a vital role in shaping the creative direction of our reality TV show and digital media projects. You’ll produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and entertainment purposes. Working closely with our digital marketing and creative teams, you’ll have the chance to collaborate on projects that can elevate your career.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Development: Contribute to storyboarding, scripting, and developing video ideas aligned with our brand vision.
- Filming: Capture compelling footage for both in-house and client-facing projects, including reality TV and promotional campaigns.
- Editing: Edit video content to meet deadlines and ensure consistent quality, reflecting the team's creative vision.
- Production Tasks: Transport, set up, operate, and maintain production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
- Location Scouting: Identify and secure filming locations that align with creative needs.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive content for social platforms, YouTube, and promotional materials.
- Growth Opportunities: Engage in projects with high-profile partners and develop relationships to advance your career.
Qualifications:
- A team player who values collaboration and embraces a family-oriented work culture.
- Strong technical skills in video production, editing, and storytelling.
- Proficient in video-editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, meeting deadlines with accuracy.
- Previous experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
- A portfolio showcasing your work (required).
- Must have your own equipment (camera, lighting, audio, editing tools).
- Willingness to work on-location in both Orange County and Los Angeles.

Internship Details:
- Duration: 3-4 months
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on production needs)
