About the Role:
Lion Business Advisors is seeking entrepreneurial professionals to join our national team of business brokers. This is a commission-only, 1099 role, ideal for someone looking to build their own book of business with the training, tools, and mentorship of a top-tier brokerage behind them.
You’ll work directly with business owners to guide them through the sale of their companies, from valuation to closing. This is a long sales cycle, relationship-driven role where attention to detail, trust, and a deep network make all the difference.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage your own pipeline of business owners preparing for exit
- Proactively network with business owners, referral partners, and professionals in your local market
- Host and attend events, engage in professional associations, and build your reputation in the business community
- Conduct discovery calls and manage deals from valuation through closing
- Collaborate with industry veterans for training, coaching, and strategic support
Who We’re Looking For
