What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tanker/Hazmat Truck Driver OTR position at Lion Freight Systems Inc?
Experienced CDL-A Tanker/Hazmat Drivers Needed – Earn $2,100–$2,300
- Pay: $0.70/mile (all miles paid – empty & loaded)
- Weekly Earnings: $2,100–$2,300 based on mileage
- Additional Pay: Detention, layover, and extra stops
- Bonuses: Safety bonuses & cash advances available
- Position: 1099 contractor
Location: Chicago-based (flight & drug test paid)
Home Time: 2-3 weeks on the road, 2-3 days off (take the truck home)
Pay Schedule: Monday to Monday, paycheck every Friday via direct deposit
Trailer: 48ft Reefer (hazardous liquids, no-touch freight, live loads)
Routes: Midwest, East Coast, and South
Trucks: 2020–2024 Volvo, Kenworth, Freightliner, or Peterbilt (with fridge, microwave, inverter)
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A & medical card
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A experience
- X Endorsement
