A crew member is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations on the job site, following the instructions of his foramen.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are measurable values that demonstrate how effectively a team is achieving specific objectives. KPIs are used to track performance and progress toward goals, allowing businesses to make informed decisions and adjustments. They can be financial, operational, or strategic, and are often aligned with the overall business strategy to measure success in various areas such as productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, or profitability.
The crew member must be informed of the KPI's for which his foreman is accountable. The crew member will be responsible for supporting his foreman in meeting the results.

Work Orders are done in the afternoon
Prepare the truck in the afternoon with all the equipment needed for the next day
Completing Punch list using the tablet to take photos to update your project manager.
