Administers and analyzes policies and programs associated with investor relations for the company and provides support to the CEO/Owner and the Director of Investor Relations.
Investor Relations Analyst - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Tracks all investor correspondence (meetings, legal, tax updates)
- Tracks and charts each individual investors’ deals
- Reviews legal documents and distributes to select parties for signature
- Helps to schedule marketing and conference events and provides calendar reminders to the Director and the CEO
- Inputs all investor data into IMS
- Uploads all KYC and legal documents to IMS and assists with tracking archive items from Fund II.
- Assists with populating DDQ’s.
- Runs searches on potential investors from Preqin
- Assists the placement agent with high-volume requests from investors before they fund.
- Assists with preparing side letters, legal review of subscription documents (foreign and domestic).
- Assists with updating all websites such as Pitchbook, PREA, Preqin with Lion updates and cash flows.
- Assists with Investor Relations marketing. Makes edits to multiple decks and presentations for one-off investors. Creates bindings for meetings
- Executes all swag mailings and prep for conferences.
- Creates and distributes holiday cards for investors
- Works closely with accounting to track and update banking information and annual updates for all investors
- Saves/archives above-mentioned documents across company shared drives
- Works with the Investor Reporting Associate to produce IMS reports as needed.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance according to required work schedule decided by the Company
- Provides exemplary customer service to investors, customers, and guests and represents the Company in a professional manner at all times
