PART-TIME Dental Marketing Rep/Scheduler

LSG is searching for dental office marketing reps, who can assist with building patient clientele for our clinics. This is a part-time position; you will work 20 hours weekly. You have the flexibility to work a morning or an afternoon shift, Monday through Friday. This job pays $20 hourly. Additionally, you receive paid bonuses for reaching weekly and monthly goals. Here is the job breakdown. As a marketing rep, we are looking for self-motivated, outgoing, and professional individuals who can help increase patient visits for our dental offices. Help educate potential new patients about the benefits of picking our dental offices over other competitors. We help local families find the best dental offices for them!

Great question potential new hire! We ask that you go to the surrounding local community near your assigned dental offices and speak directly to people. You know-- like we used to do before cell phones! Having a direct, face-to-face conversation is more effective and impactful than communicating through digital methods like text, email, or phone calls. Although we generally communicate that way, we understand that initial contact in person creates a much stronger bond for potential new clients, instead of an impersonal random text or ad post.

This job is not a telemarketing job. It is not a work-from-home job. It is not work from an office job. It is not a sales job where we ask people for money. It is not a recruiting job.

This is a face-to-face job with the community. You must go in public and find potential new patients for our dental office, scheduling appointments for the near future. This job is a good way to make real money working part-time hours.

This job will offer paid training. This job teaches you how to break the ice and make appointments on the spot. This job will provide the tools you need to be successful. We are organized and efficient. Pay is bi-weekly.

All you need is the determination and willingness to put in the work, a cell phone, and a car. We use specialized apps to log and track your patient appointments and your worked hours. You need a car to go to local spots and market near the assigned dental offices. Keep in mind, we do not ask you to drive around all day, usually within a 3-mile radius from the office, 1-3 spots during your work day.
