Essential Functions:
- Responsible for all production, including area goals, within their dept. having to make sure that it is kept at a continuous workflow and meeting customers required delivery dates.
- Interprets specifications and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety rules.
- Responsible for the training of employees to ensure that they are giving the best quality possible.
- Schedules and assigns personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems in order to meet production goals as efficiently as possible.
- Analyzes and resolves quality issues, work problems, or assists workers to achieve work goals.
- Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Delegates work to employees, tracks progress, and provides constructive feedback.
- Addresses problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective and timely manner.
- Ensures employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Serves as a link between subordinates and upper management.
- Motivates team members and creates strategies to boost productivity.

Education & Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field required (preferred).
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to train employees when needed.
- Ability to work well with others.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, sitting, walking, bending as needed.
- Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction.
- Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
- Required to operate traditional office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
