What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Lionheart Construction LLC?
Needed: a responsible individual to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and assisting our company’s general administrative activities. Preferably fluent in Spanish, but not necessary, have excellent organizational skills, and reliable transportation.

- Job Tracking
- Data Entry
- Assist in the preparation of newly scheduled & current jobs
- Provide general support to clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
