Job Title: Production Team Member – Apparel & Sign Print Shop

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Production Team Member to join our fast-paced team at Lionheart Printers, a growing apparel and sign print shop. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of our production process, ensuring high-quality, custom-embellished garments and products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including screen printers, heat presses, and vinyl cutters, to produce high-quality custom products.
• Assist in the setup, preparation, and execution of production processes for apparel and signage.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet customer specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production flow.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow detailed instructions to independently complete orders after training.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and restocking materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or print shop environment is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
