About the Role
A dedicated and experienced Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist is needed to lead and implement EHS compliance and risk management strategies in a manufacturing environment . This role will be responsible for regulatory compliance, safety program implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives at the facility.

Key Responsibilities :
EHS Compliance & Program Management
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of environmental, health, and safety programs in accordance with OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, NEC, and other regulations .
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations , including air, water, and waste management .
- Align site operations with corporate EHS policies and procedures .
Safety & Risk Management
Training & Employee Engagement
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Regulatory & Reporting Responsibilities
Must-Have Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related EHS discipline (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in EHS roles within a manufacturing environment .
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and drive safety improvements.
Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, NEC, and other EHS regulations .
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
9 years of experience in industrial health, safety, and environmental activities.
Professional EHS certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).
Experience with ISO, OHSAS, and VPP safety programs .
Ability to work non-traditional hours or shifts , including on-call 24 / 7 emergency response . Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist
