What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) :
Engage with customers through phone email and chat to provide exceptional service and support .
Analyze customer inquiries offer tailored solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Conduct outbound followups to ensure customer satisfaction and address unresolved concerns.
Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling customer interactions.
Assist with cash handling processes when required ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support strategies and improve service delivery.
Utilize sales techniques to promote relevant products and services to customers.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system for future reference and service improvement.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) :
Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette .
Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customers.
Experience in cash handling is advantageous.
Familiarity with sales techniques to engage customers and promote offerings.
A proactive and customerfirst attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamdriven environment.
