Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for planning and designing landscapes for various residential projects, including custom pools, patios, pool houses, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, fencing, plantings, etc. Your expertise in sustainable design practices will help us deliver outdoor projects that inspire and provide a lifetime of enjoyment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive landscape designs that align with client specifications and project goals.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental conditions and constraints.
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Structure Studios software.
- Prepare cross sectionals for hardscape installation best practices
- Coordinate with surveyor or town to acquire land survey
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices in landscape architecture, custom pools, and hardscapes.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Structure Studios.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and practices.
- Knowledge of hardscape materials and installation techniques.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to address design challenges.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
