We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Phone and Internet Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, in their home, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their cell phone experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for technology and community.
This is an on-site role, not remote and we do not offer a relocation package at this time.
Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities in the community.
- Follow up with potential clients and schedule appointments at their home.
- Present product offerings and services effectively to customers, demonstrating how they meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay informed about market trends and competitive products.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales or outside sales preferred, not required.
- B2B sales experience preferred, not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Familiarity with software tools relevant to sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and closing sales.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus.

- 100% performance based, our average yearly OTE ranges between $80,000 and $100,000. Each cellphone line payout is between $100-$150. Weekly pay.
