Job Title: Lead Dietary Aide

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Dietary Aide to join our team. The Lead Dietary Aide will be responsible for overseeing the dietary needs of our residents and ensuring that they receive high-quality, nutritious meals. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in a similar role and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and serving of meals to residents, ensuring that all dietary restrictions and preferences are taken into account
- Supervise dietary aides and provide training and support as needed
- Maintain inventory of food and supplies, and place orders as necessary
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Collaborate with the dietary manager to ensure that all dietary needs are met
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate experience in a dietary aide role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
