What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan and lead group and one-on-one activities tailored to our residents' unique interests.
- Be our residents' cheerleader—track their participation and keep notes on their progress.
- Welcome new residents like a pro, making them feel right at home.
- Collaborate with community volunteers to bring fresh energy and ideas to our activity calendar.
- Prioritize safety and infection control while keeping the fun rolling.
- Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and staff while fostering a warm, respectful environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a year of experience in a similar role!).
- A passion for people and a knack for creating moments that matter.
