What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Relations Attendant position at Lions Water Adventure?
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Guest Services Attendant for LIVunLtd and Lion's Water Adventure you are expected to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, while also delivering a high level of customer service. We are looking for energetic can-do attitudes with an excitement for membership sales & services.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support a culture of committed relationships and engagement that results in increased participation in the client facilities' membership.
Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is being provided to all residents and guests.
Competently and accurately enter data into the cash register.
Promptly answer phone calls, requests, and questions.
Warmly greet and check-in members and guests.
Perform quality work within the given deadlines and expectations with or without direct supervision.
Assist coworkers in any manner necessary to maintain a collective, smooth effort in providing excellent services.
Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner, with accurate and thorough information.
Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.
Always exceed member’s expectations and needs.
Wear location approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are working.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a self-starter attitude.
Must be a team player, patient, diplomatic, self-motivated, organized, have excellent verbal skills, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to observe interactions between members and guests to ensure incidents do not arise
Ability to work in high-temperature conditions and stand for prolonged periods of time
Must be honest
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs as requested.
