- Event Leadership : Lead the planning and execution of signature events, including the Eye Ball gala and Vision in Bloom tea party, ensuring these events achieve their financial and engagement goals.
- Content Creation & Communication : Craft compelling stories and materials that elevate the foundation’s mission, with a focus on pediatric vision success stories, utilizing tools like Canva for engaging content.
- Grant Management : Assist in securing and managing grants, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s focus on pediatric and community vision health programs.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor the Foundation Specialist, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
