As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you will support the retail promotional sales efforts by helping to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and product sales through creative marketing campaigns and in-store promotions. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer interaction within a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers on the sales floor, promoting new products, sales, and special offers.
- Assist customers with product selection, purchase, and activation.
- Maintain knowledge of current cell phone technology and features.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Must be 18.
- Reliable transportation.
- Sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt in fast or slow environment.
- Passion for helping others and growth.
Additional Benefits:
- Hourly base pay ranging between $18-$22/hr weekly.
- Commission in addition to hourly pay. (between $1,500-1,800 weekly)
- Paid training @ $15/hr.
