Job Summary:
At Lionshead, we strive for excellence, success, and a sense of urgency in our daily flow of business. This position is key in doing so as the analyst is responsible for providing a differentiating customer experience for clients. Externally, analysts proactively problem solve and communicate with clients to identify and resolve any open issues. For long term account strategy, MAs will partner with a coordinating RSM to best meet goals for client and company. Internally, analysts communicate with all departments within the company closely in order to adequately achieve the daily goal, ensuring the highest level of customer service. This position provides Purchasing with current and long-term usage for each account while interacting with Finance on customer pricing. The analyst also assists production and shipping departments with scheduling orders while managing inventory levels. With communication to all departments being an essential role in our success, having the ability to multi-task at a high level is imperative. Maintaining a strong and personal business relationship is a top tier responsibility as an internal sales analyst.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure a differentiating customer experience through extraordinary service and communication.
- Enter purchase orders for customers.
- Resolve all client part numbers and pricing changes within 24 hours.
- Contact all clients in your portfolio weekly to review and manage all open orders, clarification on orders and timing of future PO's, component transitions; initiate onboarding forms, and review anticipated future production volumes.
- Work with Purchasing to confirm component ETAs as needed.
- Participate weekly with client update meeting with RSM and Purchasing Analyst
- Manage initial communication for any returned goods.
- Interface with the finance department on customer payments
- Assist RSM with new client onboarding as needed.
- Complete management projects as needed to support customer needs and professional development.
- Use inventory and analytical tools (familiarized and comfortability on Microsoft Excel) to maintain informed customer communication and production output.
- Ability to interact with the operations team to prioritize orders on the production schedule and deliveries.
- Other duties as assigned depending on market such as: customer inventory audits, order delivery, and customer support events.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement is a bachelor’s degree.
- At least two years of industry experience is preferred.
- Candidates for satellite locations must be able to train at the Corporate Headquarters in Goshen, Indiana prior to starting their job responsibilities at that satellite.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
