About the Business Rotational Program
The Business Rotational Program is designed to develop future leaders by offering a hands-on experience across various departments and functions within one of the Lionshead businesses. Participants will gain a broad set of experiences, build core skills, cultivate leadership qualities, and work alongside experienced professionals while contributing to impactful projects.
Operations Management Trainee Program
Duration: 1 year then be permanently assigned to a department
Potential Indiana Locations: Goshen, Elkhart, Plymouth, Indianapolis
The Operations Management Trainee Program is tailored for individuals passionate about operations and production management in our plants. Trainees will gain experience in multiple functional areas, including:
- Production Operations
- Quality Assurance
- Safety Management
- Maintenance
- Inventory Control
- Shipping and Receiving
- Order Management
This one-year program immerses participants in the heart of Lionshead's operations at one of their operating plants, preparing them for future operations management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational activities to learn the business and meet customer needs
- Monitor and improve production workflows for efficiency and quality.
- Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Participate in shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely deliveries.
