Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership
- Direct and oversee all clinical operations across the region, ensuring that patient care standards meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
- Lead and mentor clinical teams, including facility Directors of Nursing, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the clinical expert, providing guidance on complex patient care issues and best practices.

Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement regional clinical strategies that support organizational goals and improve patient outcomes.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for service expansion and quality improvement within long-term care settings.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to integrate innovative clinical practices and technologies.

Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical protocols and quality assurance programs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of clinical services and patient satisfaction.

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and unencumbered license.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field; Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3-5 years specializing in long-term care Director of Nursing role.
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care nursing, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational change related to nursing practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
