Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor residents' health and well-being and report any changes to the nurse
- Complete documentation and reports as required
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program
- Current LPN license in the state you are working in
- Valid CPR certification
- Previous clinical or healthcare experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
