We are a law firm based in El Segundo on the border of Manhattan Beach. We are looking for an Attorney who has experience responding to discovery, propounding discovery, doing meet and confer letters, managing their own cases etc. Our attorneys DO NOT have to work on their own law and motion. We have 2 attorneys in the office that draft any complex motions or oppositions. This position would be great for someone who does not like having to deal with law and motion on a daily basis. If you have Employment Law or Personal Injury Law experience that is a plus. We would like to have a long-term relationship. We are an easy-going group, and all work as a team. We consider ourselves to be a lifestyle firm. Work life balance is important to us! There will be a base salary plus a bonus based on the percentage of the income from the cases that you settle. 85k base plus a percentage of the attorneys fees recovered on your cases as a bonus. We guarantee a minimum of 100k per year with the base salary and case bonuses. But the more you settle, the more you can make. Most of our attorneys made between 100k and 185k last year. Working Hybrid is also OK. Meaning you can work a few days in the office and a few days from home. We might consider full remote as well
