Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities related to the maintenance, repair, and special construction projects within the facility. This role ensures that all equipment and infrastructure are properly maintained to support efficient operations.
Qualifications:

- Associate degree from a technical school or a minimum of 5 years of related experience or training (preferred).
- Technical expertise in the following areas:
- 3-phase 480 VAC
- Single-phase 120 VAC
- Low-voltage equipment
- Strong understanding of work processes and procedures for one or more production lines.
Skills and Experiences:
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and local/state regulations.
- Familiarity with 404a refrigeration fundamentals.
- Experience with the Fiix CMMS system (preferred).
- Knowledge of the following equipment (preferred):
- Pro Seal
- Urschel slice and dice machines
- Metal Detectors
- Vacuum bag sealers
- Sanitation tunnels
- Motorized conveyor belts
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems (preferred).
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including overtime as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and manage the maintenance program within the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all production equipment, building infrastructure, coolers, and other essential facility equipment.
- Manage preventive maintenance (PM), work orders (WO), and parts inventory for all production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
- Requisition and procure tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for facility and departmental maintenance.
- Supervise special projects, including sourcing project bids, construction, and the installation of new equipment.
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain records required for compliance with company policies and governmental regulations utilizing FIIX software program.
- Establish and adjust work procedures to align with production schedules.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors across departments, including production, quality, and transportation, to coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure adherence to sanitation and food safety programs, including H.A.C.C.P. regulations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
