Qualifications
- 3 years of B2B sales experience (produce/agriculture industry preferred)
- Proven success in account growth, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
- Familiar with basic office software and reporting
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of retail, foodservice, and wholesale accounts
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop account-specific strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Serve as a trusted partner, delivering product knowledge and service excellence
- Represent the company at food shows, trainings, and industry events
