Essential Functions : Need to be able to use hand tools Drill, screw gun, rivet gun, etc. Must be able to read a tape measure Able to stand in a stationary position for long periods of time Able to handle repetitive motion for long periods of time Bending and lifting throughout the day Able to work over time when needed Good attendance is a mandatory Needs to have a reliable way to work Having their own car is preferred Needs to be a team player and able to work well with others Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position. Preferred Education and Experience A high school diploma is required for this position and past experience in manufacturing operations is beneficial.
