As a Powder Coating Team Member, you will work in an assembly-line environment where our product is powder coated, oven-baked, and conveyed to a packaging station.
Your duties will include painting in the Powder Booth process, working closely with production, management, and quality assurance personnel on adherence to established quality standards per assignment, and maintaining clean and organized workspace.
You must be able to read and process written communication including work orders, frame prints, and measurements, and meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects.
This role does not have supervisory experience upon hiring and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day.
