Job Summary

This role is responsible for working in a booth setting utilizing a spray gun to coat the product. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment/Powder Coating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Determine project requirements, including scope and required methods and materials, according to blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
2. Work closely with production, management and quality assurance personnel on adherence to established quality standards per assignment.
3. Upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.
4. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment/Powder Coating experience preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Maintain clean and organized work space.
5. Ability to work and handle multiple job assignments.
6. Ability to communicate within a team setting.

8. Must be able to operate appropriate equipment including coating guns, pumps, compressors, heating units, tape measures, etc.

10. Must possess successful problem-solving skills.
11. Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.
12. Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations.
13. Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes through the day.

Working Conditions

• Primarily working indoors, manufacturing environment.
• Will stand several hours at a time.
• Repetitive use of hands to operate powder spray equipment.
