Job Summary
This role is responsible for working in a booth setting utilizing a spray gun to coat the product. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment/Powder Coating experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Determine project requirements, including scope and required methods and materials, according to blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
- Work closely with production, management and quality assurance personnel on adherence to established quality standards per assignment.
- Upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment/Powder Coating experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Maintain clean and organized work space.
- Ability to work and handle multiple job assignments.
- Ability to communicate within a team setting.

Working Conditions
- Primarily working indoors, manufacturing environment.
- Will stand several hours at a time.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate powder spray equipment.
