What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Clerk position at Lippert?
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse and receiving team. This role is responsible for handling paperwork, checking loads, performing system operations, communicating with downstream departments, and performing other warehouse and receiving duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accept shipping documentation for deliveries.
- Separate paperwork and sign for receipt.
- Ensure accuracy of incoming shipments, comparing packing list/Bill of Lading to physical shipment.
- Communicate information downstream such as shortage parts or put-away information.
- Enter shipment/receipt information into system, match posted receipts to proper paperwork, and scan paperwork to appropriate parties.
- Work in conjunction with quality and put-away personnel, providing necessary information when needed.
Requirements:
- High school degree or GED.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 months related work experience and/or training.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
