Lippert started its activities in Europe in 2016 acquiring some of the most successful companies in the Recreational Vehicle sector, followed by companies from the Railway and Marine sector. The RV and Railway divisions find their headquarters in the heart of Tuscany, Italy. Lippert Railway produces glass windows and interior furniture for trains with a focus on high quality products and research of innovative solutions, offering their products to vehicle owners, operators, manufacturers and refurbishers, industry subcontractors and authorities and organizations.
Lippert Marine, with its brand Lewmar, presents to its customers a portfolio of hardware, winches, hydraulics, windlasses, anchors, thrusters, steering systems, hatches and portlights to suit every boat from the smallest day fisher to largest mega-yacht.

Responsabilità
Gestione dell’approvvigionamento delle materie prime
Gestione/pianificazione del lavoro dell’ufficio acquisti.
Definizione delle priorità di prodotti da acquistare.
Gestione degli stock di magazzino con gestionale D365.
Coordinamento tra il reparto produttivo e l’ufficio acquisti.
Analizzare i flussi di dati e valutare le performance per ottimizzare i flussi di merci.
Attività
Assicurare l’approvvigionamento di materiali ed il corretto svolgimento dei cicli produttivi.
Definire correttamente le necessità in relazione alle giacenze ed alle richieste dei clienti.
Raccogliere e analizzare i dati con software Dynamics 365 per controllare le prestazioni e l’efficienza dei processi.
Migliorare l’efficienza dell’approvvigionamento dei materiali.
Individuare eventuali criticità nella filiera interna di processi logistici per ottimizzare il flusso di merci tra il magazzino, i reparti produttivi e la logistica.
Responsibility
Raw material procurement management
Management/planning of the work of the purchasing department.
Prioritization of products to buy.
Management of warehouse stocks with D365 management system.
Coordination between the production department and the purchasing department.
Analyze data flows and evaluate performance to optimize goods flows.
Activity
Ensure the supply of materials and the correct performance of production cycles.
Correctly define the needs in relation to stocks and customer requests.
Collect and analyze data with Dynamics 365 software to control the performance and efficiency of processes.
Improve the efficiency of material sourcing.
Identify any critical issues in the internal logistics process chain to optimize the flow of goods between the warehouse, production departments and logistics.

Knowledge of an ERP management system for the management of goods and production.

Definitions of operational standards for the procurement of materials.
Excellent computer skills.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Educational qualification
Preferable degree in Management Engineering, Transport and Logistics Engineering
Other related qualifications such as Economics and Management or similar can be assessed.
