Team Leader
Our Team Leaders are responsible for providing guidance and instruction to our Powdercoat Team Members. Team Leaders will serve as mentors and support a production group of 10-15 Members. A successful Team Leader will have the ability to build meaningful relationships with their team, ensure a safe, productive work environment and have a passion for leading and developing people.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support daily activities of the team.
- Motivate team to achieve organizational goals.
- Recognize and celebrate top performers.
- Reconize and provide instructional opportunities to improve Team Member performance.
- Promote workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to problem solve in real time.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.

Prior experience supporting or leading a team
Work Authorization / Security Clearance
