Lippes Mathias is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our litigation team in Albany, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-5 years of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including landlord/tenant disputes, breach of contract actions, and real property litigation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court appearances, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategies.
- Manage discovery process, including document review and production
Salary range DOE: $95,000 - $115,000 DOE
The pay range provided in this listing is a good faith estimate for this position based on the location that we are hiring for. Criteria included but not limited to, skill level, education, and experience, will determine where a candidate falls within the range.
