General Manager – Lipscomb Powersports
Lipscomb Powersports is seeking a results-driven individual with a strong work ethic, ambitious attitude and quick learner who can take a multi-franchise powersports dealership to a higher level of performance. Responsibility includes every part of the operation overseeing and optimizing the performance of sales, service, parts, and finance , ensuring profitability, efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience as well as training and motivating an existing strong staff to help them reach higher levels of individual performance as well.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth, customer retention, and overall profitability .
- Oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, service, and parts departments.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and pricing to maximize sales and minimize overhead.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team committed to exceptional customer service .
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and revenue goals .
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and key industry partners .
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and manufacturer guidelines .
- Drive marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance the dealership’s competitive edge.
- Handle customer concerns and implement solutions to maintain a positive reputation and high satisfaction rates .
