Job Details:
This role operates 6 days a week with the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8am-6pm
- Saturday: 8am-2pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and adhere to dealership sales processes
- Must be driven and self-motivated
- Owning every aspect of the sales process from prospecting new clients to delivering vehicles
- Present and demonstrate available inventory
- Cold calling and community prospecting
- Promote yourself as a valuable representative of Lipscomb Dealerships
- Review, update, and manage daily CRM tasks
- Prepare and review monthly goals and targets with sales leadership
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and monthly sold units
- Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification
- Be extremely proficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software (VinSolutions)
Requirements:
- Experience, education, and prior sales training are advantageous
